quel disagio interiore
di mancata speranza
cosi’ allontanata sempre
ogni volta che la paura
ha inghiottito la vita
troppe volte ohime’
tante volte purtroppo
quando lo scatto perde
quel vigore d’affrontare
lo strisciante avvinghiato
di perdite e perdite d’amore
ogni volta gettato lontano
ogni volta incolpando mai se’
ma mille perche’ mai affrontati
per mai essere degno d’amore…

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found a
