specie quando la si nasconde
per non fare i conti con se stessi
nel mai interrogarsi davvero
delle carenze caratteriali
che incidono nei comportamenti
che supportano le difese ad oltranza
di lutti interiori mai digeriti
e…mai accompagnati d’accettazione
quella misura atta al proseguire
recependo in cio’ la crescita
della propria individualita’.

non si e’ migliorati ma peggiorati
nel dolore mai lenito
nel dolore mai gridato
nel dolore mai pianto
vivendo di restrizione emotiva
che riaffiora quando palesandola
non si capisce nemmeno
quel negarsi alla vita che
…non e’ dolore
nel proiettato d’un disagio
che assume solo il sorreggersi
attraverso la bugia giustificabile
in quel non credere piu’ di saper dare
quell’amore che si ha dentro
cosi’ arrotolato e chiuso
nel blindato di quella svelata verita’…
